WHAT IS KINETIX? – ALSO KNOWN AS HUMAN KINETICS, IS THE SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF HUMAN MOVEMENT

Kallisthenics (Callisthenics) comprises of Kallie’s creative approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for children and adults. It is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of simple, often rhythmical, movements, generally without using equipment or apparatus. They are intended to increase body strength and flexibility with movements such as bending, jumping, swinging, twisting or kicking, using only one’s body weight for resistance. They are usually conducted in concert with Calistenics. Calisthenics when performed vigorously and with variety can benefit both muscular and cardiovascular fitness, in addition to improving psycho-motor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.

    I had the pleasure of taking part in paddle boarding/yoga bright & early this morning. It was such an amazing way to start the day. Kallie you're a rock star!
