Kallie teaches this class privately for children of varied abilities and needs so that each child gets the attention they deserve. She will support each child’s unique physical, mental and emotional development through engaging yoga poses and games. We’ll practice breathing exercises/games that help calm the body and mind, while promoting increased focus and concentration.
Group classes can be arranged where social interaction is encouraged in a safe and welcoming environment that meet children on their own unique level. Class size is limited to 6 children and is 45 minutes long.
Each class ends with guided relaxation time and foot rubs 🙂
